"I found this at the fabulous outlets outside Florence," Sue recalls. "It reminded me of a piece of art, and I bought it to wear to a Mother's Day event at MoMA. It reminded me of spring in New York, when finally it's getting warm and the flowers are starting to bloom." Debuting in Marni's Spring 2012 runway collection (originally shown on the runway as a spring coat), this jacket is classic Consuelo Castiglioni-era Marni, combining painterly florals with one of the house's signature shaggy textured fabrics.

About the Label:

Founded in Milan in 1994 by Consuelo Castiglioni, Marni quickly became fashion's cult favorite for its artistic approach to dressing.
