From the Closet of: Jenny Cipoletti

Label: Roksanda

Era: 2010s

Size: 6

About the Item:

Named for the legendary French filmmaker François Truffaut, Roksanda's Truffaut blouse transforms a simple crewneck into something utterly cinematic. In a soft periwinkle hue, this Roksanda top proves that sometimes a single detail is enough. Its simple, boxy silhouette gives way to dramatic bell sleeves that immediately caught Jenny Cipoletti's eye. "The bell sleeve really was one of those standout moments for me," she says. "I think there's a level of intrigue when it comes to a silhouette that's very simple with an element that has a very unique statement to it." The color, too, feels quintessentially Jenny. "The pastels here are definitely speaking to the feminine side of how I love to dress," she says. "It just feels soft and feminine and ethereal."
