"The silk jacket was custom made for me by Dennis," Sue says. She commissioned a number of pieces from the designer over the years, believing that "having clothes custom made is kind of the ultimate luxury because having something that fits perfectly... you can really tell a difference." Though it wasn't created for a particular event, she gravitated toward its understated elegance. Cut with a clean collarless neckline, a concealed front zip, and gently tailored seams that sculpt the waist, the jacket offers a refined twist on a classic black blazer. "It just had a little bit of a twist on a regular, maybe wool, Chanel blazer," she recalls.
