A sheer black silk shirt dress from La Collection, cut in a long, fluid silhouette with a pointed collar, button front, and cuffed sleeves. Joanna bought it at The Conservatory in Dallas, imagining it as a layering piece. “I bought it at The Conservatory in Dallas. I wanted to have it for a shirt-over-pants look,” she says. Ultimately, the piece remained unworn, with its original tags still attached. 

Florence Cools and Artur Tadevosian founded La Collection in Antwerp in 2017 with an emphasis on timeless rather than trend-driven dressing.
