Lily found these floral corduroy trousers during a warehouse sale hosted by one of her favorite vintage dealers—the same source she usually turned to for designer gowns and Chanel suits. Buried in a stack of pants, the cheerful print immediately caught her eye. "The corduroy is so soft and flexible and comfortable," she says. Lily loves them styled simply with "a white T-shirt, a cute sandal or ballet flat, and a cute bag" for an effortless vacation look. She was also drawn to the playful double front zippers, which reminded her of a beloved pair of Comme des Garçons trousers she wore constantly in her twenties. "It was kind of a funny combination—it's a floral, it's a corduroy, there are these cheeky zippers. What a fun little mixture of ideas here."
