Dolce & Gabbana's lush hydrangea print became a signature of the house's Fall/Winter 2017 "Ortensia" collection, inspired by abundant English gardens and rendered in rich shades of green, lavender, and blue. Lily found this sleeveless top at Dolly Python's, one of her favorite vintage stores in Dallas, on the same shopping trip where she discovered her 1940s slip dress. "Some greens were really speaking to me on that trip," she says. "It's just a classic Dolce hydrangea print—you can't go wrong."
